Instead of turning left at Waypoint 3 and then right at Waypoint 4, if the terrain under foot is not too wet you can continue further along. The path is sometimes narrow and there are some sections of wooden boardwalk. Where you meet another path coming in from the right - turn left and you arrive at Waypoint 13. There turn right and carry on.

After Waypoint 10, instead of continuing up the hill and along the road, you can take a footpath down to the left, across the road which leads to the staff carpark, and then take another path up the hill opposite, This takes you right to the entrance to the hospital. Turn right here and this takes you back to the junction with Cricket Field Grove (Waypoint 11).

After Waypoint 11, where Chaplain's Hill starts, you can take a footpath to the left, following closely the boundary walls of the hospital. As you descend the slight hill you get a very good view of the hospital grounds on the left. You can see where the large garden areas were - now no longer within the boundary wall. Then take the footpath off to the right, with the woods on your right, go down the hill to Lower Broadmoor Road and turn right. Just past the school on the left you arrive at Waypoint 12.
